Unlike your typical apartment complex, Mayflower offers co-ownership of this property, which means you earn equity on your townhouse the longer you live in it. You can also browse our Floor Plans where you will find living arrangements that can fit just about any person or family. Then, after looking over our floor plans, if you feel you would like to apply for a townhouse, just read and download the pre-application form from our Application page or e-mail us for more information.
